We offer a 24-hour cancellation policy, though this does NOT apply to Colosseum tours. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled time qualify for a full refund or rescheduling (if available) at no additional cost.
Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the tour date/time are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All cancellation or tour change requests should be submitted via email at info@crowntours.com or by phone at +39 392 533 1594. Eligible refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the request.
Early Colosseum Booking
At Crown Tours, we strive to keep our calendar updated with the latest availability from the Colosseum.
As the Colosseum releases ticket availabilities throughout the year, tour times may vary slightly based on ticket availability. All Colosseum tours are refundable at 75% if canceled at least 24 hours before the tour departure. After reservations are released, we’ll do our best to maintain your preferred date and time. If adjustments are necessary, we’ll inform you promptly, and you may be eligible for a refund according to our cancellation policy.
Liability
Crown Tours S.r.l. is not responsible for personal injury, lost or damaged luggage, or death. We’re also not liable for injury, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by natural disasters or events beyond our control, such as wars, floods, or severe weather.
Upon booking confirmation, we’ll provide all details regarding meeting locations and start times. Guests should arrive 30 minutes before the tour begins. Crown Tours is not responsible for missed tours due to late arrivals. We’ll accommodate late guests if possible, but no refunds will be given for missed tours due to tardiness.
Delays with Private Experiences/Private Transfer Services
If you expect a delay, please contact our office at +39 392 533 1594. Rescheduling may not be possible without additional charges for last-minute cancellations.
If you have a discount code or qualify for promotional discounts, apply these before purchase. Contact us for details.
Customers must provide age verification for discounted rates. Teens and children under 18 must present proof of age to qualify. Students aged 18-26 must show valid student IDs for the student rate. Accepted proofs include passports, driver’s licenses, or birth certificates.
Crown Tours aims to provide all services booked through www.crowntours.com. However, last-minute bookings may be affected by limited tour guides or ticket availability. In such cases, we’ll offer an alternative tour, a new start time, or a full refund. For last-minute bookings, we recommend contacting us to confirm tour availability.
